Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. The Core Philosophy

The Webmedia Technology Catalysts Affiliate Program is designed for partners who genuinely believe in our mission to provide disciplined, structured financial market education. We reward long-term quality over short-term quantity.

2. Commission Structure (Recurring Revenue)

Unlike traditional "one-off" programmes, Webmedia Technology Catalysts pays you for as long as your referred student remains an active, paying subscriber. Your commission percentage is determined by the number of Active Monthly Subscribers currently attributed to your account:

Note: If your active member count drops, your commission rate for that month will adjust to the corresponding tier.

3. Tax Compliance & Legal Responsibility

Webmedia Technology Catalysts acts strictly as a platform provider.

• Independent Contractor Status: Affiliates are independent partners, not employees.
• Tax Liability: Every Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting their earnings to the relevant tax authorities (e.g., FIRS or State IRS in Nigeria).
• Withholding Tax: Where required by Nigerian law, Webmedia Technology Catalysts may withhold a statutory percentage (WHT) at the source and remit it to the government on your behalf. You will be provided with a credit note to assist with your personal tax filings. You acknowledge that you owe and must settle all other applicable personal or corporate taxes.

4. Prohibited Conduct (The "Zero-Tolerance" Policy)

Any Affiliate found engaging in the following will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase a subscription for yourself.
• Fake Accounts: Creation of "ghost" accounts or bot-driven sign-ups to inflate numbers is strictly prohibited.
• Incentivised Spam: You may not offer unauthorised "kickbacks" or cash incentives to others to join. Spamming links in public forums, WhatsApp groups without permission, or via unsolicited emails is grounds for a permanent ban.
• Misrepresentation: You must not guarantee "guaranteed profits" or use deceptive marketing to attract students.

5. Payouts

Commissions are calculated at the end of each billing cycle. Payouts are only processed for Active Subscriptions. If a referred student cancels their subscription, the commission associated with that student will cease at the end of their paid period.
