• Content – all texts, videos, images, indicators, strategies, analyses, and materials.

4. Scope of the Services

TradoCademy provides non-formal educational content, including:

• Online courses and video training
• Access to a Discord community
• Access to a TradingView indicator
• Analytical and educational materials
• Methodologies, concepts, and examples

The services are provided strictly for educational purposes.

5. No Financial Advice

TradoCademy is NOT an investment intermediary, financial advisor, or asset manager.

6. Registration and Account

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• All prices are final and listed in euros (EUR)

• Access is activated after successful payment
• The subscription is valid only for the period for which it was purchased

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 57, item 13 of the Consumer Protection Act, the User does not have the right of withdrawal once:

• the digital content has been provided
• access has been activated
• the user has expressly consented to immediate performance

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is the exclusive property of TradoCademy.

It is prohibited to:

• distribute
• resell
• publicly share
• use for commercial purposes

Without explicit written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradoCademy shall not be liable for:

• financial losses

• technical interruptions
• actions of third parties (TradingView, Discord, etc.)

All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian law before the competent Bulgarian court.
